During my career at Emery Thompson, I have worked with hundreds of clients across the world - supporting everything from small family-owned Italian ice stands to large-scale frozen dessert operations. My expertise covers every stage of your journey, including product development, store setup, wholesale strategy, equipment selection, and long term growth planning. I've seen what works, what doesn't, and I am passionate about sharing that knowledge with others so they can avoid costly mistakes and move forward with absolute confidence.

Outside of consulting, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Paula and our two goldens, Samantha and Savannah. Together we are always exploring new flavor trends or brainstorming fresh ideas for the frozen dessert industry.
