My expertise covers every stage of your journey, including product development, store setup, wholesale strategy, equipment selection, and long term growth planning. Outside of consulting, I enjoy spending time with my lovely wife Paula and our two goldens, Samantha and Savannah. Together we are always exploring new flavor trends or brainstorming fresh ideas for the frozen dessert industry.
